Clinical Technician:
Assists the Optometrist in providing excellent patient care during their visit. A Clinical Technician can handle a wide range of duties while using optical equipment to perform the initial testing and documentation needed to prepare the patient for an exam with the Optometrist.

Patient Service Coordinator:
Acts as the first and last point of contact for our patients where they set the tone for the patient’s visit through outstanding patient care. The Patient Service Coordinator will also perform the necessary administrative responsibilities needed to create a smooth check-in/out experience for our patients.

Dispensing Optician:
Dispensing Optician is trained to dispense and fit glasses working from the prescriptions written by optometrist. They assist patients in choosing the best eyeglass frames, lenses, and lens coatings to fit the needs of the patients.
